When you begin a piece through the consultation experience, that includes your name and contact details, your answers about style, placement, sizing, and meaning, and any reference images you provide. When you text, call, or reach out over Instagram or email, we keep the contact information you share so we can respond and schedule your work.

This website does not require an account and does not collect payment information.

The consultation experience

The guided consultation is AI-assisted. Your responses are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to shape the conversation and synthesize your brief, and the resulting consultation record is stored securely so Jesse and Paige can review it and prepare for your piece. Our AI provider does not use your conversations to train its models.

How we use your information

Your information is used to review consultation requests, respond and schedule, prepare for your session, and understand the kinds of work clients are asking for. We contact you only in connection with your inquiry and your appointments — never for third-party marketing.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Your information is handled by the trusted providers that run this website — our hosting platform, our database provider, and our AI provider — each bound by their own strict data protection obligations.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies — which is why you won’t see a cookie banner here. Any storage the site uses is strictly functional, such as keeping your consultation session going while you’re on the page.

Third-party links

This site links out to Instagram and other platforms. Once you leave jessevickers.com, those companies’ own privacy policies apply.

Data security

Consultation records and contact details are stored with access controls in place, limited to the people who need them to serve you. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.

Your rights

Children's privacy

Tattooing and this site’s consultation experience are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through the site, contact us and we’ll delete it.
